FILING OF A SWEDISH TRADMARK APPLICATION

A Swedish trademark registration is granted for an initial period of ten (10) years, as from the date of registration; indefinitely renewable for like periods.

In order to file a Swedish trademark application the following is required:

• Print of the mark in black and white or colour, max. size 8 x 8 cm
• Full name or trading name and postal address of the applicant
• Class(es) in which the trademark is to be registered
• Certified copy of any basic foreign registration(s)
• Power of Attorney, signed by the applicant
